Infrastructure & Project Access

  • Right to use cooperative-built infrastructure and facilities
  • Priority participation in renewable energy projects (solar, mini-grids, biogas, clean cooking, etc.)
  • Inclusion in cooperative-led pilot projects and scale-up initiatives

Technical & Capacity Building (Covered by Technical Contribution Fee)

  • Full access to technical advisory, installation, and maintenance support
  • Priority access to certified trainings, workshops, and vocational programs
  • Business incubation, mentoring, and startup support in renewable energy

Partnerships & Visibility

  • Eligibility to participate in funded projects, partnerships, and consortia

2️⃣ ASSOCIATE MEMBER

Total First-Year Payment: 255,000 XAF
(Technical benefits apply only when the Technical Contribution Fee is paid)

Affiliation & Engagement

  • Formal recognition as an Associate Member of HOSENERGIE-COOPBOD
  • Participation in cooperative programs without governance or shareholding obligations

Technical Support (Conditional)

  • Access to technical advisory and support services upon payment of the Technical Contribution Fee
  • Participation in trainings, workshops, and capacity-building activities
  • Opportunity to pilot or benefit from renewable energy solutions

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Eligibility to collaborate on projects, research, innovation, and funding applications

Engagement Without Obligation

  • No mandatory financial, operational, or governance obligations
  • Voluntary contributions accepted to support cooperative growth and impact

Honorary Members provide credibility, guidance, and influence, rather than financial or operational input.

Payment Guidelines

✔ Registration fees must be paid at the time of application.
✔ Annual fees should be renewed at the beginning of each calendar year.
✔ Members can pay via bank transfer, mobile money, or cash payments at designated HOSENERGIE offices.
✔ Members facing financial constraints can request a flexible payment plan (approval required by the Board of Directors).
